Moxie issued a challenge, and by golly, I'm a sucker for a challenge. The goal is to do 3 good-for-you things for 60 days, starting tomorrow. It took me about a week to decide on mine, but here they are:
1. Take my supplements (multivitamin, Omega-3s, L-Lysine, Cal/Mag) every day.
2. Drink 64 ounces of water every day.
3. Start each day with strengthening/toning exercises. I'll be doing some of the moves featured in this post from Seattle Mom Blogs.
It's kind of like Lent, only without religion. And there's no fasting. And it's longer. OK, it's not anything at all like Lent.
Anyway, how long do you think I'll last? If I can make it through March, 20 bucks says I go all the way.

Oh yeah, if you make it to the end of March you totally won't quit. You can do it. I think I might borrow a couple of yours and try out the good for you Lent ;)
